Zulia (VAT 02861150189, Via Luigi Robecchi, 27100, Pavia (PV)) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. This notice explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), message, service of interest, indicative budget, and timeline. When you subscribe to the newsletter we only collect your email address. To protect the site from automated abuse we temporarily log the IP address of anyone submitting a form.
Why we collect it
We use contact form data to reply to you and evaluate your business inquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, GDPR art. 6.1.b). We use the newsletter email to send you the updates you requested (legal basis: consent, GDPR art. 6.1.a, revocable at any time). We use the IP address temporarily to prevent repeated automated form submissions (legal basis: legitimate interest in site security, GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Who we share data with
Form data is stored in the Postgres database managed by Neon, our data hosting provider. To receive email notifications of new inquiries we use Web3Forms, a third-party service to which we send the same data you enter in the contact form. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, we rely on providers that adopt adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing purposes.
The WhatsApp button
After submitting the contact form we offer a link to open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message summarizing your inquiry. The message is only sent if you click the link yourself and send it from your own WhatsApp app — we don't automatically transmit anything to WhatsApp.

Automated decisions
Based on the budget and timeline you provide in the form, our system internally flags more urgent inquiries to our team ('hot lead') to help us respond faster to people who need to start right away. This is a simple internal priority rule, not an automated decision producing legal effects or excluding you from any service — every inquiry still receives a real reply from a person.
